The different activities carried out by this group will develop around three basic questions:

1) Which is the real impact and extent of US’s political, economic and ideological power in its relations with Colombia?

2) How much can Colombia maneuver in order handling these bilateral relations?

3) Which should be Colombia’s foreign policy objectives towards the US, taking into account the context described above?
